This is the second time I worked with Joey. I am looking for refinance my previous mortgage, which was initiated also by Joey. I would recommend him for two reasons. Firstly he could always provide very competitive low loan cost and mortgage rate. I compared some of my own pools and some of those my friends recommended, he can offer the best. The second one is he is very helpful on providing advice. Before we started, I contacted twice with him late last year to ask for advice on whether a good time to refinance. In turns out he predicted timing very well by asking me to wait for more signal and rates falling. Early this year I determined to refinance and lock rate after talking to him again the third time. I remember I had talked to him several times about some terms and concepts that were ambiguous to me, Joey did a good job to explain those well. I also had some doubts whether to wait for long as policy seems to support that. Joey explained to me patiently about why it could still be a good choice to do it now instead of waiting. In the meantime, he was also fine if I determined to withdraw. He was not push me for decision and really there to help me on making the best one.

Joey made the home buying process as easy and stress free as possible for us. He communicated clearly through every step and answered all of our questions promptly, openly, and honestly. We had a quick turnaround for closing, and Joey made sure we were fully prepared the entire time. We never felt doubtful or stressed. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home and would absolutely work with him again in the future.
